SHIPPING COSTS
UK Shipments: £9.95-30 with DPD (Delivered by 12pm) – £9.99 with UPS (Delivered between 7am to 7pm)
EU Shipments: €30.00 ( 2-4 working days) *This does not include any delays from customs*
International: $35-60.00 ( 2-10 working days) *This does not include any delays from customs*
CALL & COLLECT (By appointment only) IS AVAILABLE TO UK/EU CUSTOMERS ONLY on PAID and CONFIRMED PAYMENT RECEIPTS ON Clients order.

of our team will arrange this with you.
ANY UNAUTHORISED PICKUPS WILL
BE REFUSED. Photo ID such as Passport / Driver’s License will be
required along with ORDER number and Receipt provided it has been when collected. Account holder only
to collect.
Please note: YOU (the customer) are responsible for checking
import regulations set by your country before placing your order and
are liable for any import charges that are determined by your country.

You will be held responsible for any amendments made to
deliveries should a package go missing or delivered outside of the
expected time slot. These amendments include, but are not limited to,
change of address, location or time slot.
Cold Chain Deliveries – You as the customer will be liable
for any deliveries that fail, where the driver has attempted to deliver
to the address stated, within the delivery service timeframe. Please
note, we do not accept returns on any cold chain items unless faulty
when delivered.
